How much does a new website cost?
Every website is unique and different, therefore, the cost of a site varies depending on many variables. We offer package bundles as well as custom quotes to fit any budget.
How does the payment process work?
Generally speaking, we ask for a 50% deposit upon signing, and 50% prior to deployment. However, we understand the need for flexibility, and these percentages can be altered upon approval. We take payment via Paypal, Check, or Wire Transfer.
Which platforms do you build with?
That depends on the project. Most of our websites are built with WordPress in order to allow our clients to be self-sufficient after launch. Although, some projects will require custom builds with a set of different technologies.
How does the the web development process work?
We create a project map which details the scope, length, and specific details about your project. Once designs have been approved, we begin the development phase, where we add all of the functionality that makes your site come to life.
Are your designs mobile responsive?
Yes, all of our websites are built using a mobile-first approach. This means that your website will instantly conform to the different devices and screen sizes.
Can you maintain my site for me?
Yes. We offer on-going maintenance for all websites, which includes routine security/spam sweeps, routine backups, speed optimizations, general content management, and more. All websites come with a free 30-day maintenance period once they are live.
How important is maintenance?
Very important. Software is an ever changing beast. Most websites will require continued maintenance to ensure the website is protected and continues to run smoothly. Our maintenance packages include routine security sweeps, backups, performance optimizations, and general content management.
Hourly or Monthly/Annual Maintenance?
This is a question we receive a lot. The answer depends on you and your website goals. You can expect to need at least 1-2 hours per month for general upkeep. Our monthly/annual plans offer a much better value for businesses, websites with moderate to high traffic, or websites that will require future enhancements or feature custom programming.
Why should I hire a web agency for my business?
Web Agencies generally offer more bang for your buck and tend to have a diverse staff with experience across multiple professions.
Are there contracts involved?
Yes, we use contracts for all of our services as standard practice. This is to ensure that both parties are protected and receive the expected outcome.
How many revisions can I make to the design?
All website and graphic designs come with 2 free revisions. Additional revisions may be requested at an additional charge of $60 per hour.
